No person shall operate or maintain a junkyard inside of this Municipality, unless he has first obtained a license issued under the provisions of this section. Such license shall be issued by the Mayor of the City and the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the initial license. Renewals, due on the first day of each and every succeeding year, shall be ten dollars ($10.00). (Ord. 1515. Passed 11-10-83.)
