711.10 ENFORCEMENT.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all gamerooms and amusement arcades located within the City now and hereafter, except those specifically excluded provided that existing owners, operators of gamerooms or amusement arcades shall obtain the necessary licenses within sixty days from the effective date of this chapter and shall at such time be otherwise in full compliance herewith.
