711.09 REVOCATION OF LICENSE; APPEALS.

(a) The Mayor may suspend or revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter for direct or indirect violation of any of the provisions hereof. In the event that a license has been revoked or suspended the owner may within ten days appeal such revocation or suspension to the Mayor.

(b) If the Mayor upholds the revocation or suspension, the owner may appeal to a Board of Review within ten days from the Mayor's decision. The Board shall consist of two members of Council and the Director of Law. The decision of the Board of Review shall be final.
