(a) No person shall stand or park a vehicle for a period of more than two hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local standard time, Monday through Saturday within the following locations:
(1) East Third Street from North Dawson to North Water.
(2) One block on either side of East Third on North Uhrich, North Main and North Water.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of illegal parking and shall be fined not more than five dollars ($5.00) for the first offense and not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for any subsequent offense.
