351.15 PARKING LONGER THAN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person, corporation, partnership or otherwise, who is the owner or has the control thereof, of a truck, auto, motorcycle, trailer, cart, wagon, or other vehicles shall permit it to be parked, placed or located upon the street or public ways within the corporation limits of City for a longer period than twenty-four hours.
   (b)   The members of the Police Department are hereby authorized to remove, drive, relocate or change any of the vehicles mentioned in subsection (a). The owners or owner, or person in control of the vehicle so moved shall reimburse the City for the cost thereof.
   (c)   The Mayor or any person acting for him, shall have the authority, upon the filing of an affidavit by the police officer or interested person to issue a warrant for the arrest of the person in control or owner of the vehicle mentioned in subsection (a) hereof. The Mayor may fine the guilty party not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
