(a) The City-owned parking lots shall be lined to provide reserved and metered spaces for all day off-street parking.
(b) The charge for reserved spaces shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month payable to the City Auditor on a quarterly basis.
(c) There shall be some spaces, whose exact number shall be determined by Council, metered for all day parking at twenty-five cents (25¢) per day.
(d) Funds received shall be appropriated for maintenance and repairs of such lots and purchase of property for additional off-street parking and placed in the Parking Meter Fund.
(e) Persons parking illegally in such reserved spaces shall be fined the sum of five dollars ($5.00). (Ord. 1487. Passed 9-9-82.)
