1519.06 OPT OUT OF HB 172; FIREWORKS PROHIBITION.

Despite the provisions of Ohio House Bill 172, which was signed into operation on or about November 8, 2021 by Governor Michael DeWine, no person shall be permitted to use or otherwise detonate any consumer grade fireworks on property located inside the territorial limits of the City of Uhrichsville.
