(a) A permit is required to place one roll-off container or construction dumpster container on a residential property for a period not to exceed ten (10) days. A maximum of six (6) permits may be issued during a twelve (12) month period. Longer periods may be approved for exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the City Service Director.
(b) A permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid before any container will be allowed on the premises.
(c) The roll-off container or construction dumpster container must be located on a paved surface and may not be located in the City's right-of-way area.
(d) The roll-off container of construction dumpster container may only be used for the disposal of construction waste and debris, demolition debris, and household waste (such as couches, chairs, tables, beds and other household materials).
(e) In the event that a roll-off container or construction dumpster container remains on a residential property beyond the permitted time, the City Service Director shall issue a notice of violation. (Ord. 11-22. Passed 9-22-22.)
