121.13 PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST CHARGES.
   Those persons requesting public records may be charged only the actual cost of making copies, not labor. The charge for paper copies is five cents ($0.05) per page. The charge for electronic files downloaded to a flash drive will be the actual cost of such flash drive. The flash drive used must be supplied by the City. The City will not use a flash drive supplied by the person making the public records request, due to concerns over computer viruses.
