1529.02 SECURING DAMAGED STRUCTURE.

Any building or structure damaged by fire which becomes unusable or uninhabitable shall be secured, as approved by the Fire Chief and City Service Director, within (48) hours of the fire, or other time limited specified by Fire Chief.
