(a) It shall be unlawful to rake, mow or otherwise place leaves, grass clippings and/or garden waste of any type onto any pavement or sidewalk or into any storm drain, unless otherwise directed by the Chief of Uhrichsville.
(b) No person shall permit grass clippings from mower swaths to remain upon sidewalks, street pavements, storm drains of any public street, or on abutting property not owned or occupied by said person.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
