The Chief of Police or any member of his Department designated by him is hereby authorized to remove any vehicle abandoned within the City in violation to its ordinance. Such vehicle shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 19-20. Passed 7-23-20.)
