755.99 PENALTY.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a fourth (4th) degree misdemeanor on the first offense. If a person has a prior conviction of any provision of this chapter, or prior similar ordinance, a second (2nd) violation shall be a third (3rd) degree misdemeanor. If a person has two (2) or more prior convictions of any provision of this chapter, or prior similar ordinance, a third (3rd) or subsequent violation shall be a second (2nd) degree misdemeanor.
