For Year 2020, the owner of any non-owner occupied dwelling shall register such dwelling with the Mayor's Office on or before July 1, 2020. For Year 2021 and each year thereafter, the owner of any non-owner occupied dwelling shall register such dwelling with the Mayor's Office on or before January 1st of each year.
