755.08 REGISTRATION REQUIRED REGARDLESS OF OCCUPANCY.

Every person owning a non-owner occupied dwelling, whether said dwelling is currently occupied or not, shall register said dwelling in accordance with the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 7-20. Passed 4-23-20.)
