(a) Council approves the usual, reasonable and customary fees that can be charged for such services. Usual, reasonable and customary fees are defined as the fees established by the Medicare Operations and Insurance Carrier, as revised from time to time.
(b) The Fire Chief and City Auditor are hereby directed to issue invoices for such fire services, and to collect such fees on behalf of the City, which shall be used to purchase equipment, training supplies for the Uhrichsville Fire Department, and other services.
