(a) Pursuant to the authority of State law, a schedule of civil parking penalties is hereby established for the violation of any regulation governing the parking of a vehicle.
(b) The following fines and late payment penalties are hereby established:
For any violation of a parking restriction contained in Chapter 351 of the Codified Ordinances, the fine shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid within twenty-four hours of the citation. If not paid within twenty-four hours, the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). For any subsequent offense, the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid within twenty-four hours. If not paid within twenty-four hours, the fine shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
