(a) During periods of forecasted snow exceeding three inches as established and in the discretion of the City Safety Director, parking on the following streets will be banned for the purpose of snow removal:
(1) Main Street
(2) Uhrich Street
(3) Dawson Street
(4) East 1st Street
(5) East 2nd Street
(6) West 3rd Street
(7) West 4th Street
(b) The City Director of Safety, and the Uhrichsville Police Department are authorized to cause any vehicles found in violation of the section to be towed and stored at the cost of the owner of the vehicle.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
