507.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Sections 507.01,507.05 or 507.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Sections 507.04, 507.07, 507.08, 507.12 or 507.13 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
