Any person, firm, corporation or other legal entity who violates any provision of the code (Ohio Fire Code as adopted and amended periodically by the Ohio Fire Marshal pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3737 and Section 3737.82 and the Ohio Administrative Code) or who fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense, a fourth degree misdemeanor on the second offense, a third degree misdemeanor on the third offense, a second degree misdemeanor on the fourth offense and a first degree misdemeanor on the fifth offense.
