1329.21 EXEMPTIONS.

A Certificate of Occupancy need not be obtained for units which have been determined in writing to fulfill the housing quality standards of the Tuscarawas Metropolitan Housing Authority, Farmers Home Administration, or any other Government Agencies, provided the City is provided with a copy of the inspections.
