(a) Whenever after inspecting a structure or its premises, the City's Building Inspector finds violation that require repair or removal he shall cause to be posted at each entrance of the dwelling or premises, or part thereof. Such notice shall read: "Do not enter, unsafe to occupy, Building Inspector for the City of Uhrichsville."
(b) No person shall deface or remove such notice, until the repairs or demolition are completed, without written permission of the Building Inspector. No person shall enter or use any structure or premises so placarded except for the purpose of making the required repairs or demolishing and removing the structure or premises.
