1305.04 BUILDING INSPECTION FEES.

   The inspection fees for Chapter 1329 and Chapter 1333 shall be as follows:

   (a)   The original inspection fee of a property, either rental or owner-occupied shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

   (b)   Any and all subsequent inspections at or of the property shall be charged at a rate of ten dollars ($10.00) an hour.
