1305.03  POSTING.
   (a)   Any person making improvements or planning new construction must purchase a building permit from the City.
   (b)   When the permit is purchased, he will receive a sign indicating a permit has been purchased.  This sign must be displayed prominently at the work site.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section or any part(s) of this section shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
