121.03 ATTENDANCE.

Council Members shall attend all regular Council meetings. Any Council Member, for any reason, unable to attend a regular meeting of Council, shall by Motion be excused from attending at such missed meeting. (Ord. 28-20. Passed 9-10-20.)
