121.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.46, special meetings may be called by the Mayor, President of Council, Law Director, or any three members of Council upon at least twenty-four hours’ notice to each member, including the Council Clerk, personally, by electronic communication, or left at the member’s usual place of residence.

   (b)   The Clerk of Council, after being notified of a special meeting, will immediately thereafter notify the news media of the special meeting. The news media shall be notified of regular meetings so that public notice may appear in the news media.
