121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

Council shall meet in regular session on the second and fourth Thursday nights of each month. When the day for such meeting falls on a legal holiday, then Council may cancel such meeting. If urgent matters require attention, such meeting may be rescheduled according to the decision of Council.
