(a) Park shelters shall rent for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each.
(b) If a person pays for rental in advance and the rental rates increase, he shall pay the increase at least one month prior to the reservation date or his reservation will be cancelled and his advance rental returned to him.
(c) When making a reservation, specific date or dates must be given, not the phrase "corresponding date or dates."
