951.02 SWIMMING POOL FEES; HOURS.

   (a)   Council shall from time to time set the fees for the use of swimming pool facilities at the City Park.

   (b)   Hours for the pool shall be as follows:

      (1)   Open to public 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday thru Sunday;

      (2)   Private pool parties from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; and

      (3)   Pool closed when temperature is below 70o.
