951.01 HOURS.

All public park areas in the City shall be in operation from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time, daily, and any person found within the public park areas of the City during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. local time shall be considered prima facie to be in violation of this section.
