Pipe materials used in extensions of the sanitary sewerage system shall be:
(a) Vitrified clay pipe all gravity sewers including the building connections.
(b) Cast iron, cement asbestos, or P.V.C. pipe, class ISO, P.S.I., for all force main sewers.
