(a) The Fire Chief, Police Chief, and/or Building Commissioner is hereby directed to survey all occupied houses, tenements, business suites and other buildings on ground levels in the City, from time to time, to insure such structures are properly numbered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter.
(b) A notice shall be sent to each addressee who is in non-compliance hereof. Failure to comply after a thirty-day period shall be deemed a violation of this chapter with penalty provided pursuant to Section 907.99.
