Grounds for suspension or revocation of the license of a private investigator are:
(a) Violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Being convicted of a felony or offense involving moral turpitude.
(c) Giving a false statement to a police officer.
(d) Giving false testimony or perjury.
(e) Improper conduct on the part of a private investigator.
