Any person who engages in the business of private investigation or the business of private security services shall use or wear no name-tags, distinctive uniform, cap, badge or buttons until the form, design and color thereof has first been submitted to and approved by the Mayor and a record thereof sufficient to identify the users thereof has been made by the Mayor. Such uniform, or any part thereof, shall not resemble the uniform of the Division of Police.
