A nontenant rental car business not having a nontenant rental car business permit shall not advertise or place a telephone on Airport property. A nontenant rental car business permittee may advertise its nontenant rental car business on Airport property but may not place a business telephone on Airport property. Fees for such advertising are not included in the permit fees and charges. Advertising fees, charges and locations must be negotiated separately in addition to permit fees and charges.
