8-7-7-2: SCOPE:

A person, persons or corporation desiring access to the Joslin Field, Magic Valley Regional Airport terminal for the purpose of conducting rental car business operations, either directly or indirectly, shall first obtain a nontenant rental car business permit from the Airport Manager prior to conducting any such business on airport property.
