The safety requirements of the City and of the state of Idaho, as applicable to any work for which a permit is required hereunder, shall be observed.
Anyone doing any work in or upon any public right of way, whether by permit or otherwise, shall, if such work is not completed before sunset, provide a fence or other suitable obstruction around the site of such work and shall provide a minimum of four (4) flares or lights and keep them burning throughout the hours from sunset to sunrise.
