The city will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete industrial wastewater discharge permit application, the city will determine whether or not to issue an industrial wastewater discharge permit. Upon a determination to issue, the permit shall be issued within thirty (30) days of full evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished.
