Any SIU that was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date hereof and that wishes to continue such discharges in the future shall, within thirty (30) days after notification by the city, submit a completed permit application to the city in accordance with section 7-7-3-4 of this chapter and shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue after ninety (90) days after notification by the city except in accordance with an industrial wastewater discharge permit issued by the city.
