Any permit issued hereunder shall be subject to revocation by the city council for violation by the holder, his agents or employees, of any of the provisions contained herein or of any law of the state of Idaho or United States pertaining to fireworks, provided that at least one day notice of hearing upon said revocation shall be given to said holder by personal service or by leaving a copy of notice at the place of business of the holder.
