6-9-12: DUTY TO COMPLY:

It shall be the duty of every person issued a fireworks permit to comply with all the provisions of the Idaho state fireworks act of 1997 and this chapter. The conviction of violation of the aforesaid Idaho state fireworks act or any of the provisions of this chapter by the permittee, or by any of its agents, employees or officers shall constitute a cause, in and of itself, to deny any subsequent application for a permit.
