ORDINANCE NO. 2024-003
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO, REGARDING THE REGULATION AND ADMINISTRATION IN THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS AND AREA OF CITY IMPACT; AMENDING TWIN FALLS CITY CODE BY REPEALING AND REPLACING §10-12-4-2 (J) & (N) TO MODIFY THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF STREET SIGN AND LUMINAIRE INSTALLATION FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT.
 
   NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO: 
 
Section 1: That Twin Falls City Code Section 10-12-4-2 (J) & (N) are replaced as follows:
 
10-12-4-2: REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS:
Every subdivider shall be required to install the following improvements in accordance with the conditions and specifications as follows:

(J)   Street Name Signs: Street name signs shall be installed in the appropriate locations at each street intersection in accordance with the local standards set forth by the City Engineer.
(…)
(N) Street Luminaires: Luminaires shall be required to be installed at intersections throughout the subdivision, in accordance with the local standards set forth by the City Engineer.
