Upon receiving a request for inspection of installations covered by a wiring permit, it shall be the duty of the electrical inspector to make such inspection within forty eight (48) hours Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, applying such tests as he shall deem necessary. Notice of approval shall be posted only on installations meeting the regulations standards as set forth in the laws of the state and the special regulations set forth in this chapter.
