It is unlawful for any commercial vendor, or licensee, agent, or employee of that Vendor to operate in an unauthorized location; without a City license; without a valid health department permit; and/or in violation of health department regulations. A violator of any section of this chapter may be subject to criminal prosecution, revocation of the license, and/or denial of a future license for a period of up to three (3) years.
