5-1-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Public Nuisance: The holding of any assembly in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this chapter shall give cause to the county to seek injunctive relief for creation of a public nuisance. Said action shall be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   B.   Violation Of Conditions Of Permit: Any person who wilfully, knowingly and intentionally violates any condition upon which he is granted a license shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. The criminal provisions of this subsection are not enforceable against the licensee in the event injunctive relief under subsection A of this section is granted.
   C.   Right Of Entry: If the county issues a license to the promoter, the promoter shall allow entry to enforce provisions of this chapter or license. (Ord. 150, 4-26-1999)
