5-1-6: LICENSE ISSUANCE:

The application for a license shall be processed and issued after proof of compliance with this chapter has been submitted to the board of county commissioners. Proof of compliance with this chapter must be submitted to the commissioners at least fifteen (15) days prior to the beginning of the assembly. (Ord. 150, 4-26-1999)
