3-3-7: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person violating any section of this chapter for which special penalty be not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 125, 7-10-2000)
