3-3-1: PURPOSE:
Twin Falls County expressly recognizes hereby that the primary purpose of any park maintained by the county is for the general public's use and enjoyment. Said use is hereby acknowledged and made the primary purpose behind this chapter. (Ord. 125, 7-10-2000)
