3-2-13: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person violating any section of this Chapter for which special penalty be not provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 129, 8-15-1994; 1996 Code)
