3-2-9: DUTY OF SHERIFF TO ENFORCE:
   A.   Examination Of Persons; Premises: It shall be the duty of the Sheriff of the County to examine all places of business and persons in their respective territories subject to the provisions of this Chapter, to determine if this Chapter has been complied with and to enforce the provisions of this Chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
   B.   Records Maintained: A copy of the license shall be kept by the Sheriff who shall keep reports of any complaints against any person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter and any conviction for violation of this Chapter; the County Sheriff shall keep a record of all such licenses and such complaints and violations.
   C.   Appeal Of Sheriff's Decision: If the applicant is aggrieved by any decision of the County Sheriff, the applicant may appeal such decision to the County Commissioners within seven (7) days of notice of the decision of the County Sheriff. The applicant must, in writing, appeal to the County Commissioners and set forth the reasons why the applicant should not be denied a license. The County Commissioners shall set the time and place for a hearing a reasonable period of time subsequent to applicant's written notice of appeal. Notice of such hearing shall be personally served upon the applicant, or mailed postage prepaid to the applicant at his last know address, at least three (3) days prior to the date of the hearing. The order of the Twin Falls County Commissioners shall be final. (Ord. 129, 8-15-1994)
